The Technical Assembler will be responsible for learning our assembly processes, adhering to our quality standards, and completing assemblies in a timely manner.
Silicis Expectations

Assemble components and subassemblies

Read and follow work instructions

Ensure all work is performed in accordance with specifications, instructions, and requirements

Meet production standards on specific assignments within the expected timeframe

Maintain continuity by documenting and communicating actions
Required Skills

Minimum 1 year working in manufacturing setting

Experience reading and following work instructions, specifications, and requirements

Willing to work overtime when necessary

Must be a team player / maintain positive attitude

Ability to lift 40 lbs

Ability to be on your feet throughout the day

Clean background check/ no felonies/ able to acquire government clearance if required
